4. 35 minute headstand play

Hi beautiful yogi,

In this class we'll play around with headstand and I'll also give two modifications if the half-press isn't fully available yet to you. 

If you just did another yoga class, go ahead and go straight to video 2 where we'll be playing around with going upside down. If you are still in need of a warm up, watch video 1 first to warm-up along with me. Then move on to video 2.
