Welcome to your ‘Newbie to Yogi’ work-out plans. These plans are perfect for those who are very fresh to yoga and want to get familiar with the basics. I have decided to spread the classes over three months because that is the average time it takes to become a seasoned beginner. Once you have worked through this program, all the other programs (such as level UP, get LEAN, get STRONG and get BENDY) open up to you.


To get started, click on [Month 1} below which will take you to your first month of classes. It also includes extra information on what materials you’ll need and a few things to keep in mind as a beginner. Good luck!
