This class is all about allowing your 2019 intentions to enter your body on a deep subconscious level and also to figure out whether you have any deeper underlying resistance to your intention which may hinder your progress.
This class is perfect to make you feel grounded and collected so that you can face any situation with integrity and authenticity. Choose this class if you are dealing with challenging people in your life.
This flow is all about soothing our nervous system (so we can digest better) and creating better energy flow to our stomach and intestines, helping you to digest and de-bloat.
Perfect to shake those winter blues! We’ll focus on creating gentle movement in the body to get rid of any stagnation.
We’ll be working not only on backbends but also opening up laterally (side to side) and rotation, so that we are able to use our spines more freely during the day.
