YFL #16: Back to Basics 2.0 (57min)

This week has been voted by you! We are taking another closer look to alignment 👁

In this week’s Back to Basics 2.0 we are building further on the first edition (YFL# 9). Even though this class is an alignment based class, be prepared to sweat! We will be holding the poses longer than usual to make sure we get all the little tweaks and nuances right.
