YFL #17: Free the Spine (60min)

Hello beautiful yogi,

In this week’s class we are setting our spines free! 🕊

We’ll be working not only on backbends but also opening up laterally (side to side) and rotation, so that we are able to use our spines more freely during the day. This class is perfect if you have a sedentary job or want to improve your posture.

Props needed:

2 blocks
a strap
