YFL #18: Find Your Core (with ease) (55min)

Hello yogi!

This week’s class is another Intermediate class all about finding your core 💪🏼 In this class I challenge you to try to do these hard poses with ease ~ meaning you try to stay as present as possible with your breath. This practice is perfect if you are in need of strengthening your core or if you just want to build a good sweat.
