YFL #20: Happy Digestion (57min)

Hello beautiful yogi,

It’s that time of year again 🎄 Family parties, eating out and being less in our routine can sometimes result in digestive issues. This class is here to the rescue. Today’s flow is all about soothing our nervous system (so we can digest better) and creating better energy flow to our stomach and intestines.

Make sure to leave at least 2-3hours after you’ve eaten to do this class or practice on an empty stomach.

Props needed:

  • a big towel (rolled up)

  • a block
