YFL #24: Midday Reset (31 min)
This is the VERY FIRST shorter class on the YFL 🎉
If you have missed the announcement via e-mail or on the Facebook group: every other week on Thursdays I will be uploading a shorter class (20-40min) in case you have one of those busy weeks were you can’t squeeze in a full practice.
This week’s shortie is a midday reset flow. So whether you’ve had a pretty crappy morning or work/school has been stressful, hopefully this short and sweet practice will make you feel better. See it as a yogic reset button. ;)
