YFL #25: Take Flight in Crow (58min)

Hello beautiful!

If one of your new year’s resolutions was to deepen your yoga practice and maybe start tackling some intermediate poses; than this class is a perfect starting point. Today we’ll slowly build our way up to crow pose. This class is open to experienced beginners and intermediates.

If you are still very new to yoga, I would suggest first going through these classes a few times so that you have the foundations:
