YFL #27: Chaturanga Tutorial (22min)
Welcome to another shortie! I thought I would complete the Chaturanga series by filming a full Chaturanga tutorial. This video builds onto two previous classes:
YFL #9: Back to Basics 1.0 where I give you the different progressions or modifications towards Chaturanga
YFL #23: Chaturanga Prep for beginners, where I give you the tools and poses to build the strength to be able to do Chaturanga in the future.
I highly suggest that you do those two classes before this one. Once you get the basics from YFL #9 and you have build the strength through YFL #23 you can dive deeper in the proper alignment, which will be covered in this class.
