YFL #28: Wake-y Wake-y (44min)
This week’s class is a gentle flow to wake you up and get you ready for the day. I will be making a ‘shortie’ class version of this in the future in case you’re in a pinch. But this longer class is perfect if you have the time to indulge in a longer morning practice. Get ready to feel stretched-out and energised ;)
