YFL #23: Chaturanga Prep for Beginners (55min)

Hi beautiful yogi!

This week’s class is a beginner’s class to help you build the strength for Chaturanga (4 limbed staff pose). We won’t go into chaturanga itself BUT we’ll work on the shoulder and arm muscles to help you build the necessary strength so that in the future you can find chaturanga with more ease. This class is open to all levels but mainly geared to beginners.

  • 1 strap
