YFL #31: Open up to Love (52min)

Namaste yogis,

As this week is Valentine I decided to prepare a class centred around opening up to love. We’ll be focussing on opening the heart and hips, as those are the regions most people tend to ‘store’ their unprocessed emotions. This week’s class will be a yin class, meaning we’ll stay in the poses for 2-5 minutes, to allow the body to fully release into it.

Props needed:

1-2 pillows
2 blocks
