YFL #37: Yin for Hips (59min)

Hello yogis!

Today’s class is another yin yoga class, as requested by the YFL tribe. This class is focused on releasing tension and stress from the hips. Perfect as a part of your evening routine or when you feel like emotionally upset (since the hips are thought to ‘store’ our emotions, so stretching them can help in releasing them).

Props needed:

2 pillows
a blanket or towel
