YFL #40: Deep Stress Release (63min)

Namaste yogis!

This week’s class is a delicious Yin & Yang class to help you release deep-seated stress. We’ll start the class with a dynamic flow (the Yang-part) and finish off with a few Yin-style yoga poses (meaning we’ll hold them for 2-3 minutes). The idea behind this set-up is to get your body properly warmed up before we go into some big stretches. This class is perfect if you feel stressed or emotionally stuck.
